Who made the white chicken chili this week? I made a few adjustments to the recipe.
• It didnt have a lot of liquid. It called for 1 1/2 cups of broth & puréed beans.
• So I added: 1 1/2 cups of milk with a couple tbsp of corn startch mixed in to help thicken it back up. • I use 2 chicken breasts.
I also added Rotel, tortilla mini toppings and shredded cheese to the top of mine and Darrells.
The kids had the plain chicken chili and it was a HIT! 🙌🏻🙌🏻
I always call that a WIN when they eat a new meal with no complains!
I was also tempted to add black beans to this but didn't!
