About the Recipe
Are you finding yourself splitting eggs for recipes that call for egg whites, but are unsure of what to do with the yolk?
So in my searches I found something called a Dutchless Potato.
I made my own version and had to share with you!
Have you tried or made a dutchless potato?
2-3 egg yolks
1 1/2 - 2 cups left over mashed potatoes
1/4 - 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 - 1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
parsley to garnish
Pre heat oven to 400º F
In an electric mixer combine yolks, mashed potatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder. Mix well.
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet. (or grease baking sheet)
Add contents into pipping bag with 1M piping tip.
Pipe Roses onto parchment paper 1 inch apart from each other. (See Video For Reference)
