About the Recipe
This recipe is super easy and quick to make. You can put the stewed beef, broth, seasoning and cream of mushroom soup in a crockpot to cook on low for 4-6 hours while you're at work. Add other ingredients and cook noodles when you get home!
1 -1.5 lbs of Stewed Beef
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
Beef Onion Lipton Soup Mix
1/2 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1 Cup Beef Broth
2 Cups Egg Noodles
Boil Water & Cook Egg Noodles by directions on bag
Sauté stewed beef in jumbo skillet for 2-3 mins.
Add packet of beefy onion and beef broth. Simmer for 3-5 mins
Stir in can of mushroom soup
Combine corn starch and milk together in a measuring cup. Stir & Pour into skillet. Let simmer for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Serve over egg noddles!
